Agreement Between Guest and SRH Dream Destinations.

  • Accommodation check-in timing in India is 1200 hrs, and check-out timing is 1200 hrs. Early arrival and extended departure are subject to availability.
  • Accommodation check-in timing internationally is 0200 hrs, and check-out timing is 1100 hrs. Early arrival and extended departure are subject to availability.
  • Any participant of your group may alter/cancel their journey/tour/stay/flight reservation at any moment by sending a written notice or an email to the travel consultant who handled the booking at SRH Dream Destinations.
  • The final itinerary per day can only be adjusted by SRH Dream Destinations to include all price elements and commitments in the most efficient manner.
  • SRH Dream Destinations holds no liability for any postponement/modification of any flight/route by the airline, as it is at the sole discretion of the respective carriers or due to any natural calamity.
  • Visa on arrival is subject to the exclusive discretion/decision of the Immigration authorities.
  • It is recommended to carry at least USD 600 per traveler for personal expenses during the tour, based on the cost inclusions. Immigration officers may require Indian citizens to present a minimum of USD 600 at the time of entry.
  • We will make every effort to implement the requested adjustments at no extra charge, but if it is not feasible, the applicant must bear the amendment costs as per the accommodation or airline policy, along with our service charges.
  • SRH Dream Destinations is not liable for any trip modifications due to unpredictable conditions (climate, flight rescheduling or cancellations, natural disasters, etc.) that are beyond our authority, and all related expenses shall be covered by the traveler.

 

Payment Terms and Policy:

  • You must make a 25% upfront payment to secure your journey.
  • Payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, online banking, cash deposits into our bank accounts, or transfers via NEFT and IMPS.
  • If any hotel becomes unavailable after booking, we will arrange an alternative of the same star category and comparable TripAdvisor rating.

Visa Policies:

  • SRH Dream Destinations shall not be accountable for any reimbursements or modifications concerning the rescheduling of air travel if a visa is not granted by the Singapore Consulate or any relevant destination authority (for any cause) prior to the departure date, and no reimbursements or modifications shall be provided for ground service arrangements.
  • Visa facilitation is managed by an external agency, and SRH Dream Destinations holds responsibility solely for transmitting the necessary paperwork to the agency.
  • SRH Dream Destinations holds no liability for delays in receiving the required paperwork by the visa facilitation agency due to any circumstances, and it remains the responsibility of the traveler to ensure timely submission. SRH Dream Destinations is not accountable for any delays in the visa procedure caused by untimely submission of paperwork.

 

Airline Cancellation Policy:

  • Full payment is required upfront for flight ticket issuance, and cancellations will follow the airline’s policy.
  • The proposal will be adjusted accordingly. Checked baggage allowance is subject to airline regulations.

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

  • If the cancellation is made from the date of booking up to 45 days before departure, 25% of the package price will be deducted as cancellation fees.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 45 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the package price will be retained as cancellation charges.
  • If the cancellation is requested within 15 days of departure, 100% of the package price will be non-refundable. No reimbursement will be provided.

The cancellation terms are subject to modification as per hotel policies. During peak travel periods, certain hotels may impose a 100% cancellation fee.
